Double-Velcro Sport Waist Trainer Belt

I love this belt. It fits so well, I even let my husband wear it for his back and I couldn’t get it back, lol!
So I bought another one for me.

I've had a lot of lower back pain and I wanted something to keep my posture while sitting (sitting hurts my lower back more, but what can you do?). Back braces can be very uncomfortable if you are wearing them all the time, but this is the opposite. It is very flexible but stiff at the same time, and is comfortable enough to wear to sleep. It has given me huge relief with my lower back.Update: check this out guys... I did a DEXA* body scan before I started wearing this, and a DEXA body scan less than a month after wearing this. I was not expecting to get a smaller waist because I wasn't wearing it a lot. I would mostly put it on when my back starts to hurt after sitting for too long, or after a hard workout and I need it to stabilize my back when I sleep. Anyway, look at the before and after pictures in just 3 weeks. Maybe it was because I am trying to cut BF% and am working out, maybe it's because this contraption is working. Note that I did lose 1% BF in the second scan. Look at the picture though- a bunch of fat has been pushed down from my waist down to my thighs. So there you go...proof that it works!

Size: MWeight: 169Height: 5'7"Waist: 30inHips: 44inTwo kidsI first saw this on waistsnatchers.com and thought I would do a search to see if something was similar for less money. I came across this gem and got really excited because it was more than 50% less than other being sold. But of course, as with all product matching, you run the risk of it not being as high quality. This is VERY good quality. The velcro is fierce and your waist will definitely be snatched. I lift and this should help alot! I also wear a sweat vest under it, this way I dont sweat out the belt and then it also allows my midsection to sweat better. It is very fitting though, so certain flexibility isnt good with this. I plan on using it for cardio cycling, leg days, and arms and chest. For ab workouts I wouldnt use this because of the boning.

Definitely ordering a smaller size when this one doesn't fit anymore. I followed the size chart my waist is at 38" so I got an XL, came out the package in perfect condition the Velcro straps do their job and stay in place when I sit and love that I'm able to adjust the fitting myself to what's comfortable , also the bones don't hurt me at all they bend with me so I Can wear it on the go for work or cleaning at home! For size reference: waist was 38", I'm 5'5 , 208 lbs

This is truly an amazing product. I get asked every minute what is my secret. I've referred about 10 ppl already. It works great for post or pre op. I weigh about 205 and my waist is like a 33. I bought a L. And it more than meets my expectations. I recommend to all. U may wear it all day or just for a few hours for any reason whatsoeverI hope my review helps everyone in the future.
