RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY


Shaperx offers 30 day satisfaction guarantee return exchange and refund policy:

  • Exchanges are FREE for not only a different size, but different color.
  • For return, you need to take responsibility for the return shipping fee of sending to you, then we will accept returns.
  • Only NEW condition items can be returned.
  • Final sale products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • NOTE: We allow one free exchange per order only; so please be mindful of the item and size and make sure you review our size chart before purchasing.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Finding the perfect shapewear can be tough. Luckily, with our 100% Fit Guarantee, you get easy returns or free exchanges for another size or color.

Let’s get started:

  1. Go to https://shaperx.com/apps/return_prime
  2. Enter your ShaperX Order Number and Email or Phone number associated with your account or order. 
  3. Provide a picture of the returning items to us.
  4. Once your request is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label 
  5. After our warehouse confirms that your exchange/return items are already sent back to us, your new package will be shipped in 2-3 business days through your original shipping method.

RETURN LABEL

If you are not totally in love with how they feel or fit, simply exchange or return within 30 days, please feel free to contact us for a return label. Email to support@shaperx.com, Available for US ONLY.

REFUNDS

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

Note that refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.

PAY FOR RETURNING AN ITEM

IF THE RETURNED PRODUCT DOES NOT MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS (DEFECT), THERE WILL BE NO REPLACEMENT OR REFUND ACCEPTED:

  • request return within 30 days after receiving the item 
  • the product has not been washed 
  • there is no artificial damage 
  • the tag is kept Intact 
  • It does not affect the secondary sales of the product

WHAT IF I RECEIVED AN DEFECT ITEM

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us and provide clear photos of the item received.
After verification, we will offer one of the following solutions based on the issue:

  • Full refund (no return required), or
  • Replacement item sent immediately, or
  • Partial refund for minor damage — no return needed.

Requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

SIZE PROBLEM

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
