SHIP METHODS

We use outside delivery companies (Orders are shipped via USPS/UPS/UPSM/Amazon Logistics etc), we cannot guarantee these delivery times. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to dispatch. Please allow 4-7 business days in total for orders to arrive.

  • Standard Shipping: 4-7 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 2-3 business days 

 

SHIPMENT TRACKING

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail or by logging in to your account on www.shaperx.com

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgement. Following that, you will receive another email with the tracking number associated with your parcel. If you are registered with us, you can check the status by signing in and selecting your order under “Order History”. Alternatively, you can insert the tracking number supplied into DHL’s website. You will also receive regular e-mail updates on the delivery status of your order, even if you do not have an account with us.  Please note that you have 30 days upon the dispatch of your order to contact us should you not receive it. If you contact us after this 30 day period, we cannot guarantee your refund.

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If you believe that your package was lost or stolen, please contact customer service Email: support@shaperx.com

    MY PACKAGE IS SHOWING AS DELIVERED, BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

    • If your tracking information says the package was "delivered," first double-check the area where the carrier would have left it. Ask neighbors too in case the package was dropped at the wrong door.
    • Also, look for any "attempted delivery" notices, which means the carrier tried to deliver it, but no one was home. If you still don't see anything, wait until the end of the next day, because some carriers' electronic systems may show the package as delivered, even when it's still on the way.
    • Still no luck? Call the carrier with your tracking number for more information.
