This is needed because after fighting for your life to get on, you definitely don’t want to have to pull off just because. This V shaped fajas is amazing and a bargain. The quality is top tier! The arm straps wide and comfortable. They also have hooks to take down the top. The body portion has two rows of hooks and a zipper for securing. The legs are lined so they stay in place and not roll. I am 186lbs and 5’2 and the large fit like it’s supposed to! You can put this on alone but works better with help.
