ORDERING

After you placed your order successfully, you will receive a unique Shaperx order number starting with “#”. Please pay attention to your email's inbox for the order deatils.
As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.
Please note, the total order amount does not include local sales tax/ VAT. In certain locations, if the value of your order exceeds the toll-free limit an import tax/customs fee may be applied upon delivery. & Other Stories does not compensate for these additional charges.

Your order typically ships out within 24 hours, make sure you request a cancellation or change your order within 24 hours, Just leave us a message or email us: support@shaperx.com.
All orders in transit cannot be changed or canceled. If you need to change shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours and our customer support will update your order manually before it's shipped out.
Once the order is in-transit, the shipping addresses cannot be changed.
Before you complete Order, you can enter your discount code , click apply. Your total amount will be updated to reflect the discount.

Shaperx offers 30 day satisfaction guarantee return&exchange policy:
- One free exchange per order for a different size and different color
- For return, you need to take responsibility for the return shipping fee

If you are not totally in love with how they feel or fit, simply exchange or return within 30 days, please feel free to contact us for a return label. Email to support@shaperx.com; . Available for US ONLY.
If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
A refund will be issued within 24-48 business hours to your account, would you please check then, please let us know if the refund not appear in your account within time frame, we will be happy to check out for you
IF THE RETURNED PRODUCT DOES NOT MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS (DEFECT), THERE WILL BE NO REPLACEMENT OR REFUND ACCEPTED:
● request return within 30 days after receiving the item
● the product has not been washed
● there is no artificial damage
● the tag is kept Intact
● It does not affect the secondary sales of the product
In such a case, we can resend a new one to you or offer you a full refund, you can tell us your opinion.

We will ship the item by USPS/UPS/Amazon Logistics in 1-2 business days, usually it will take about 5-7 business days to arrive to you. Sometimes it maybe a little delay as the customs. So please be patient to wait for it.

I’m different sizes according to my weight, waist and/or hips - what should I do?
This could happen! Not all bodies were created equal and trying to standardize them is useless - size charts are just a guide to help you determine what YOUR best option is.
If you're still on the fence, go for what your waist size says. We’ve found that customers who based their purchases on waist size felt a lot more comfortable in their shapewear once it arrived.

• Waist - Without any clothes on, wrap a measuring tape around your midsection. There are two ways to find your waist:
1. The fleshy part between your ribs and hips, that will be at navel-level or just above.
2. Lean to the side with your hands on your hips. Your waist is that spot on your side that folds inwards.
• Hips - With your feet together, measure the widest part of your hips by wrapping a measuring tape around you. Be sure to include your butt cheeks! If the tape isn’t covering the fleshier part of them, then you’re either too high or too low.
• Bust - To measure your bust, simply wrap a measuring tape around your breasts and back. Make sure the tape is wrapped straight around your body and covering your nipple area.
This measurement should be ideally done with no bra on.
