This gal with suck you up. Has great compression, and holds you in. This is kind of a pain getting on but once it is on it's comfortable. I washed it when I received and after I wore and have had no issues. I don't think there is any harm is sizing up if you are debating between two sizes, but I went with my true size and was alright!
