  • Free Standard Shipping:  5-8 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgement. Following that, you will receive another email with the tracking number associated with your parcel. If you are registered with us, you can check the status by signing in and selecting your order under “Order History”. Alternatively, you can insert the tracking number supplied into DHL’s website. You will also receive regular e-mail updates on the delivery status of your order, even if you do not have an account with us.  Please note that you have 30 days upon the dispatch of your order to contact us should you not receive it. If you contact us after this 30 day period, we cannot guarantee your refund.
  • Orders are shipped via USPS/UPS/UPSM/Amazon Logistics etc


  • If your tracking information says the package was "delivered," first double-check the area where the carrier would have left it. Ask neighbors too in case the package was dropped at the wrong door.
  • Also, look for any "attempted delivery" notices, which means the carrier tried to deliver it, but no one was home. If you still don't see anything, wait until the end of the next day, because some carriers' electronic systems may show the package as delivered, even when it's still on the way.

1. Shipping Methods

  • We will ship by International packages USPS/EMS/DHL/FEDEX/UPS/ or we will ship by sea upon your requirement.

2. What is the delivery time?

  • We can send your order out within 1-2 working days generally after confirm payment.

3. How long does shipping take?

  • In general, EMS takes 10-15 days, DHL takes 2-4 days, Fedex takes 5-7 days, UPS and TNT takes 3-5 days.

4. About the Local taxes and import duties?

  • Local taxes and import duties may be incurred in some countries and are not included in the amounts shown. The buyer or recipient of the shipment is responsible for all such taxes and duties. Our products are sold worldwide and we cannot guarantee that they meet the import requirements of every country. If in doubt, please check with your country's customs office prior to ordering.

  • Once goods left Our warehouse, we are not responsible for all charges or loss caused by buyer country customs and buyer. Basically there are the following situations:
